7.  Winner will be notified by email and phone.

8.  It is the winner’s responsibility to pick up gift certificates from Susan Michal’s Studio and Gallery at 4007 Deer Hollow Ln. Jacksonville, FL 32257 after Tuesday, December 21, 2018.

9.  Winner is responsible for any applicable income tax on these gifts.

10.  Gifts are transferable; each individual vendor may invoke expiration dates. This information will be available on your physical gift certificate.
